CANCELLATION + DEPOSIT

POLICY

at Fox Den Salon

The  Fox Den Salon employs stylists who work on commission basis, and as such the Company  must ensure that we are securing our stylist’s financial stability.  In order to do this, we ask that all clients provide a minimal guarantee of their intentions to keep their appointments.

If a client is booking a service with the salon, they MUST have a card on file with our booking software BLVD. Saving a card on file and putting a physical deposit down will be an agreement to uphold and follow the salon company’s appointment policies.  To process credit cards, the Company must remain in good standing with all PCI compliance laws and rules, including but not limited to not keeping any personal financial information on site, or being accessible to staff.

This card CAN and WILL be charged 50% of the service cost or $15 fee for a complimentary service to reserve your booked appointment. If any of the following occur within the allotted 48hrs prior to appointment your deposit will be non-refundable. :

  • • The client is late for the appointment

  • • The client no-shows the appointment, this will included a $15 charge for missed consultations/complimentary services/15 minute appointments
  •
  • • The client cancels their appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time
  •
  • • The client re-schedules their appointment less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time

The deposit of 50% of the service total will be applied to the booked service. This deposit is considered non-refundable by default.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

It is with great respect and humility that we acknowledge that we gather and create on the traditional land of the Dakota people and the many other tribes that have stewarded it for generations.  This beautiful and often complicated city has been the ancestral home to the Dakota people, as well as a home to the Ojibwe (Anishinaabeg), Ho-Chunk, Cheyenne, Oto, Iowa, Sauk and Meskwaki people over generations.  The continual strategic disenfranchisement of the colonial settlers on the native peoples of this land have diminished but not deterred the capacity for acknowledgement of the many gifts, strengths, voices, and achievements of the indigenous people that have come before, as well as  those that remain in our communities.
